Agrawal Order On Board 20/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on account of illegal and arbitrary action conducted by the respondent authorities, the petitioner has suffered loss for which he is entitled to get a compensation to the tune of Rs.2.7 Lakhs. (2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. (3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before respondents No.1 & 2 for redressal of his grievances and, in turn, respondents No.1 & 2 shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation strictly in accordance with law without being influenced by observation made in return on 29.03.2016,

expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
