Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now with the efflux of time the jurisdiction to consider the case for custody of the vehicle has been conferred to the trial Court, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the concerned trial Court. Prayer is allowed.
