Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grounds which were taken note of this Court and direction was issued for consideration of representation but the representation have not been examined by the appellant authority while rejecting petitioner's representation vide order dated 16.01.2018. 2.
It is found that this Court had directed the authorities to examine whether the only reason of transfer of the petitioner is accommodation of respondent No.4. This observation was made in view of the provision contained in the policy that an employee would be entitled to seek consideration of his own request only upon completion of two years of service. The impugned order does not appear to have examined petitioner's representation from this point of view and only on the ground
that office bearer are not entitled to exemption, representation has been rejected. 3.
Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner's representation would be again examined in the light of order passed by this Court. 4.
In view of the above, impugned order dated 16.01.2018 is quashed and the matter be reconsidered by the competent authority within four weeks and if the petitioner has not been relieved, he shall be allowed to continue till the decision of the representation.

The petition is disposed off.
