(1) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct respondent No.2 to consider and decide his case for grant of regular pay scale with all consequential benefits from the date of his appointment in view of order dated 11.01.2005 (Annexure P/3).
(2) The petitioner is working as Class-IV employee at Women Industrial Training Institute, Korba.
(3) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of by giving direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2015 (Annexure P/1) within stipulated time.
(4) I have learned counsel for the parties.
(5) Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2015 (Annexure P/1) within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure.
(6) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
