The counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that, the compliance of the order passed by this Court on 03/10/2018 in WPS No. 6508/2018 is already under process and the retiral dues payable to the petitioner has already been ordered to be released and the same would be release at the earliest, most probably within a period of 4 weeks. 2.

On the said submissions made by the counsel for the respondents, the instant Contempt Petition as of now stands disposed off. 3.

It is expected that the respondents shall keep their work and comply with the order within 4 weeks' time.
