Suman Devi Khandelwal vs. Subhash Chandra Rathod and others 26.08.2015 Subject PUD is a request made by XII Civil Judge Class-II, Raipur for extending the time for disposal of Civil Suit No.18A/2013 pending before the said Court. By order dated 15.01.2015, this Court had directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of submission of certified copy of the order.

The Presiding Judge has received copy of the order on 29.01.2015. The period of 06 months has come to an end on 29.07.2015.

Having regard to the reasons assigned by the trial Judge for not being able to dispose of the suit within 06 months, the PUD is disposed of with a direction that the trial Court shall do well to dispose of the suit within a period of 04 months from today.
