2. The petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non-payment of compensation of the land, which he had purchased from the
erstwhile owners-respondents 5 & 6 Chandrabhan Singh and Nirmala Singh.
3. Let the petitioner move before the concerned Collector under Sections 64 and 65 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (in short "the Act, 2013") for referring the dispute to the Land Acquisition Authority, who shall decide the same in exercise of powers under Section 76 of the Act, 2013.
4. The petitioner may move before the Collector within a period of one month from today and thereafter, the concerned Collector shall refer the dispute within next one month. The Authority shall decide the dispute expeditiously.
