Agrawal Order On Board 0 5 /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that proposal for change of date of birth has been sent to the competent authority by Executive Engineer, Public Works Department on 27.10.2017, which has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent No. 3/competent authority to consider and decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.
(3) Be that as it may, respondent No. 3 - Executive Engineer, Public Works Department is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid internal memo of the authority concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and to pass speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
