1. The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that he has been denied his salary for the period between 01.05.2015 to 10.08.2016.

2. According to the petitioner, he was on medical leave as he was suffering from Liver cirrhosis. He submits that subsequent to his recovering from the ailment, he has been granted joining and he is presently discharging his duties, but the respondents till date have not decided, as to how that period between 01.05.2015 to 10.08.2016 has to be treated.

3. Given the nature of dispute, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents No. 3 & 5 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, who in turn shall scrutinize the service record of the petitioner and in case if he has sufficient leave in his credit, the period should be regularized accordingly, or else the respondents are required to pass a speaking order in accordance with Rules applicable on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
