1. On 19.01.2016 this Court has passed an order rejecting the application filed by the Appellant for exemption from payment of Court Fee. This

order was never been challenged by the Appellant in any forum. Thereafter, he has filed another application under provisions of Order 41 Rule 1 of the C.P.C. praying again for exemption from paying Court Fees.

2. Merely citing different sections would not be sufficient. The Substantive prayer of the Appellant for exemption from paying Court Fee was rejected on 19.01.2016. On 29.03.2016 this Court has passed a detailed order, of which, the operative para is read as under:- "Further eight weeks time is granted for compliance of order dated 19.1.2016 failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench."

3. This order dated 29.03.2016 has not been complied.
