1. The grievance which the petitioners has raised in the present writ petition is that the petitioners on an earlier occasion in the year 2014 were called upon for the training on the post of Opthalmic Assistance the petitioner was found selected and they were undergone the training successfully. Thereafter petitioners have also executed the bound with the respondents with the undertaking that they would be serving the state government for a minimum period of 5 years. However, thereafter the appointment orders till date has not been issued to the petitioners. The counsel for the petitioners at this juncture submits that he has already made the representation to the State Govt. for considering their claim for appointment on the post of Opthalmic Assistance which is pending consideration and respondents may be directed to decide the same.
2. Without entering into merits of the case and without expressing any opinion so far as the entitlement and right of the petitioners to said post is concerned, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no.2 &3 to take a decision on the representation which the petitioners have filed. The petitioners at this juncture would also have the liberty to file a fresh detailed representation if they feel so, respondents no 2 & 3 shall decide the same within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
