1. Heard.

2. WPC No.7932 of 2011 was dismissed for want of prosecution on 15-12019. The Order has already been uploaded in the computer system(CIS) and the petitioner has filed MCC No.116 of 2021 for restoration of the writ petition. However, it is brought to the notice that

MCC No.116 of 2021 signature of the Judge is missing in the Order dated 15-01-2019. To put the record straight, I have put my signature over the Order dated 15-1-2019 passed in WPC No.7932 of 2011.

3. MCC No.116 of 2021.

4. This is an application for restoration of WPC No.7932 of 2011.

5. On due consideration, prayer for restoration is allowed and WPC No.7932 of 2011 is restored to its original number.

6. Accordingly, MCC is stands disposed of.

7. It is made clear that the writ petition is restored alongwith interim order operating in favour of the petitioner.
