Shri Suryakant Mishra, Panel Lawyer ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hon'ble Shri Justice Inder Singh Uboweja Order on Board 25/08/2015 1) By this appeal under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Code') the appellant has challenged the legality and propriety of the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 31.05.2000 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jashpurnagar in ST. No.26 of 2000. 2) Perused the report dated 02.08.2015 sent by Station House Officer, P.S. Sanna, District - Jashpurnagar in which it has been mentioned that appellant Mundul alias Goverdhan died on 10.06.2012 and in this connection death certificate of the appellant has been produced by the State counsel and the same is taken on record.

3) In view of the above, the instant appeal becomes abated and the same is dismissed as having become abated.
