Learned counsel for the parties would make joint submission that the issue raised in this writ petition concerning challenge to the order passed by the Collector (Tribal Development) Surajpur on 30-7-12 has been dealt with and decided by this Court in the matter of Rameshwar Prasad Rajwar & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others {WPS No. 3981/2012} and other

connected matters, on 9-9-15. Learned counsel would submit that the present writ petition may also be disposed of in the same terms.

2. In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in Rameshwar Prasad Rajwar (supra).
