The only prayer made in the writ petition is for a direction to the Rent Controller, Raipur to decide the eviction petition preferred by the petitioner against the respondent No.3, expeditiously, preferably within 15 days.

It is submitted that the Rent Controlling Authority has already heard final arguments of the parties way back in January, 2018, but the final order is not passed.
