Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board /0 2 /201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this fourth bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 424/2014 registered at Police Station Basana, Civil and Revenue District Mahasamund (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 353, 332, 395 & 342 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. (2) The applicant's earlier three bail were dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 11.01.2016, 31.07.2015 & 14.05.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. Nos. 150/2016, 3721/2015 & 2201/2015, respectively.

(3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and looking to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this fourth bail application. Thus, the fourth bail application is rejected.
