1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 29.01.2007 passed in WPS No. 5969 of 2006.

2. Under section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the limitation for filing a contempt is of one year from the date of the order being passed. The present petition is being filed after more than 13 years, thus, the contempt petition in the opinion of this Court stands barred by the limitation.
