Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 12/02/2019 1.

The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, though he has retired from service on 31/12/2016, but his retiral dues has not been finalized.

2.

According to the petitioner, he has not been paid DPF, GIS, leave encashment, etc., neither has the department released his pension.

3.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be served if the Writ Petition itself is disposed off with a direction to the respondents No. 3 & 4 to take a decision in respect of the retiral dues that the petitioner is entitled for and finalize the same within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
