We are not satisfied that the direction for reinstatement with continuity of service and without loss of seniority would automatically entitle the Petitioner to promotions devoid of compliance with the selection procedures for the same.

Any further grievance that there has not been proper compliance by fixing of the appropriate pay scale and certain other benefits can be agitated by the Petitioner afresh in a Writ Petition, if so advised, as we are satisfied that in view of the substantive compliance, there is no need for us to proceed further in the contempt jurisdiction.

The application stands dismissed.
