CRIMINAL PETITION UNDER SECTION 482 OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE Instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is being filed for correction / modification of bail order dated 19.01.2015, passed in M.Cr.C.

No 139/2015, in which crime number has been wrongly mentioned as 233/2014 instead of Crime No. 244/2014. Thus, this petition.

ORDER

1. This petition has been filed for correction of crime number mentioned in orderdated 19-1-2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 139 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that in order dated 19-1-2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.

139 of 2015, instead of Crime No.244 of 2014, "Crime No.233 of 2014" has been mentioned.

Therefore, the typographical error may be rectified.

3. Learned State counsel after verifying the case diary would submit that the correct crime number is 244 of 2014.

4. Accordingly, it is ordered that in order dated 19-1-2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.139 of2015, in place of Crime No.233 of2014, it be read as "Crime No.244 of 2014".

In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of.

6. A copy of this order be placed on the record of M.Cr.C.No.139/2015.
