Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. There is no appearance on behalf of the official Respondents. The challenge is principally to the order dated 10.12.2007 of the Human Rights Commission, pursuant to the directions given by which sum of Rs.10,000/- was directed to be recovered from the salary of the Petitioner, on a complaint made by Kamlesh, Girja Bai and twelve others, who have not been made party-Respondents in the writ application.

In the circumstances, the Court is of the considered opinion that the writ application is not maintainable for non-joinder of necessary parties. 3.
The writ application is dismissed.
