The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.81/2017 registered at Police Station Tarbahar, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B of IPC.

After arguing for some time, the counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to revive after chargesheet is filed.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, present M.Cr.C. stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
