He further submits that though the balance amount has been paid but the same is paid without interest. (2) Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 would submit that the interest up to the month of August, 2016 has been paid to the petitioner. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) Be that as it may, since the petitioner has expired, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, legal representatives of the petitioner are at liberty to make representation for delayed interest before the competent authority in accordance with law.
