1. Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 242/2011, which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 02.01.2020.

2. For the reason assigned in the said application and considering the submissions, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC has been made out. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. WPS No. 242/2011 stands restored to its original number. No order as to costs.
