A PUD has been received from the Judicial Magistrate First Class District Raipur with a request for extension of time granted by this Court for disposing off the petition under Section 452 Cr.P.C. connected with Crime No.468/2011 which was directed to be disposed off within a period of four months from the date of passing of order 07-07-2017. Considering on the reasons mentioned in the PUD for which the petition could not be disposed off within the time stipulated, I am of this view that extension of time should be granted to the concerned Magistrate. Hence, the prayer is allowed and extension of time of three months is given to the concerned Magistrate to dispose off the said petition. The time shall start from the time the Court of concerned Magistrate receives copy of this order.
The PUD disposed off.
