Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that vide notification dated 7th December, 2016, National Company Law Tribunal has been constituted and this petition, by virtue of Section 3 of the notification dated 7th December, 2016, stands transferred to the said Tribunal. In view of that, this Company petition stands transferred to the said National Company Law Tribunal as per notification dated 7th December, 2016.

The Registry is directed to do the needful for transmission of the records to the said Tribunal expeditiously.
