1. The issue involved in the present writ petition is as to who would be the appropriate government so far as Security Guards engaged by the petitioner establishment by virtue of a contract awarded by the respondent No.3-a Mining Industry i.e. the South Eastern Coalfields Limited.

2. The issue involved in the present writ petition has already been decided in a similar writ petition preferred by the South Eastern Coalfields Limited i.e. WPL No. 5665/2007 decided by this Court on 19.01.2018.

3. In view of the fact that the issue has already been decided by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, nothing further remains to be

adjudicated upon in the present writ petition also and the present writ petition also stands allowed and disposed of in terms of the decision rendered by this Court in WPL No. 5665/2007 decided on 19.01.2018. Let a copy of the judgment of this Court in WPL No. 5665/2007 be made part of this order.

4. The writ petition stands allowed and disposed of and the impugned order stands set-aside/quashed.
