Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 8 /0 4 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and the agreement has been entered between them on 23rd June, 2006. He submits that the cheques of Rs.6,00,0000/- & Rs.5,87,458/- have been issued in favour of petitioner-Company and the letter of thanks has also been issued by the petitioner -Company.
