1. This application filed under Section 439 (2) read with Section 482 of the CrPC for cancellation of bail granted by this Court to respondent No.2 on 2.7.2018 in M.Cr.C. No. 3255/2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is a fit case for cancelling the bail granted to respondent No. 2.

3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner at length, I do not find any good ground to entertain this application for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 as no case is made out for cancellation of bail.
