The present MCC has been filed seeking registration of WPS No. 1976 of 2007, which got dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 15.01.2019.

Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, subject to depositing a fine of Rs.500/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036 within a period of 10 days from today, the original Writ Petition i.e. WP(S) No.1976 of 2007 would stand restored to its original number. The petitioner would stand restored only upon the petitioner furnishing a receipt of deposit of the aforesaid fine amount to the Registry, the WPS No. 1976 of 2007 would be restored to its original number. With the aforesaid directions, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.
