Heard counsel for the Appellant and learned cousnel for the State. 2.

The learned Single Judge dismissed the writ application filed by the Appellant on the ground that the writ Court will not give any direction to a Chit-Fund Company for taking steps to recovery of an amount invested or deposited by it. He has remedy otherwise in terms of the mechanism put in place. 3.

There is no infirmity in the order of the learned Single Judge. 4.

The appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
