1. The petitioner was initially appointed as Assistant Teacher on a fixed pay of Rs.100/-. After successfully completing the probation period of 2 years, he was granted regular pay scale.
2. The issue involved in the case is as to whether the petitioner is entitled to regular pay scale with effect from the date of initial appointment or after completion of probation period.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be
-2granted liberty to make representation raising his all grievances in the light of order dated 5th January 2011 issued by the State Govt. and the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Amar Sai Ram & Ors. State of Chhattisgarh (WPS No.4725 of 2006 decided on 1.9.2006).

Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the competent authority, raising all his grievances, in the light of the judgment of this Court in the case of Amar Sai Ram (supra) and order passed by the State Government on 5th January 2011. The competent authority, in turn, shall consider and decide petitioner's representation within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation along with the copy of this order.
