Hon'ble Shri P. Sam Koshy, J Order On Board 4.11.2015 The present writ petition is filed for claiming of regularization of the services of the Petitioner with the Respondents. 2.
According to the Petitioner himself, his services have been discontinued w.e.f. October, 2012 onwards and as such as on date, he is not in employment and therefore, the claim for regularization cannot be granted in his favour. 3.
In view of above, the instant Writ Petition, being devoid of merits, the same is accordingly dismissed.
