By filing this appeal under Section 19 of the Family Court Act, 1984, the appellant has challenged the legality and propriety of the order dated 28.03.2014 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Korba in Civil Suit No. 19A/2013.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that appellant and respondent have amicably settled their dispute and now they are residing together happily. 3.

I.A. No.3 has been filed by the respondent stating therein that he and the appellant have compromised the matter and I.A. No.4 has been filed by the appellant for disposal of the appeal on the ground that she and respondent have compromised the matter.

In view of the compromise and settlement of the matter, nothing is required to be adjudicated.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
