The present petition has been filed seeking leave to file acquittal appeal assailing the impugned judgment of acquittal dated 27.01.2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Bilaspur acquitting respondent No.2 for the offence under Sections 376 & 493 of IPC. Heard on I.A. No. 01 of 2017, application seeking condonation of delay in filing the present petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and delay in filing the CRMP is condoned.
Also heard on admission.
Petition being arguable is admitted for consideration.
Leave as prayed for is granted.
Let this CRMP be registered as regular Acquittal Appeal.
After registration of regular appeal, issue notice to the respondent No.2 on payment of process fee as per
