Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 13/04/2018 At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already filed a petition under Section 482 CrPC and there is already an interim order that investigation may go on but no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner/applicant.

In view of the aforesaid order passed in CRMP No.424/2018, there should not be any apprehension of arrest by the applicant. Therefore, the bail application, at this stage, is rejected as not maintainable.
