1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is appointment of the respondent No.6 as Angan Badi Worker for the Angan Badi Centre at Ward No.31, Old Mines, Chirmiri.
2. The contention of the petitioner is that, against the order of appointment of respondent No.6 as Angan Badi Worker, the petitioner has already preferred an objection before the Collector, Koriya on 11.01.2019 (Annexure P/10) but till date no final decision have been taken. According to the petitioner, the respondent No.6 have been granted appointment flouting the rules pertaining to recruitment of Angan Baid Workers.
3. Given the aforesaid facts, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if this petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to
take an appropriate decision on the objection/appeal preferred by the petitioner against the appointment of respondent No.6 as Angan Badi Worker for Ward No.31, Old Mines, Chirmiri. Let the Collector take an appropriate decision, on due verification of facts, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No.4 so far as order passed by this court is concerned.
