After some argument, in view of the order of the Sub Divisional Officer dated 22.9.2005 having attained finality in Appeal Case No.49/A19(1)/2004-2005, Learned Counsel for the Respondent prays for leave to withdraw Writ Petition (C) No.951/2013 itself from which the impugned appellate order dated 17.7.2013 has arisen, on the submission that the Respondent proposes to pursue alternate remedies. 2.
