The counsel for the respondents submits that, the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 2750/2013 d/on 31/07/2018 has since been duly complied with and the petitioner herein has been reinstated in service vide order dated 01/03/2019 and the petitioner has since joined on 04/03/2019 and since then he is working uninterruptedly.

Given the said submission by the counsel for the respondents which is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant Contempt Petition.

Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed off reserving the right of the petitioner to avail other remedies open to the petitioner for ventilating his grievance, if any. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Sumit JUDGE
