The petitioner has filed this petition assailing correctness and validity of the transfer order dated 23-01-2018 on the ground that upon

consideration of petitioner's application for one time request transfer during entire career, petitioner was transferred to Janjgir vide order dated 02-052017 which is nearer to posting of petitioner's wife at Navagarh. However, within a short period of 8 months, the petitioner has been transferred. This has frustrated the object of granting one time request transfer during entire career. The representation has also been made. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on advance copy would submit that the petitioner's representation shall receive due consideration by the authorities.

Taking into consideration, the submission of learned counsel for the parties and the ground urged in the petition, it would be appropriate to direct the respondents to examine the petitioner's representation in the light of grievance raised by him and the provisions contained Clause 3 of transfer policy for RRB Officers and employees ( Annexure "A") appended along with the circular dated 16-06-2016. The representation of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of 4 weeks. Till appropriate decision is taken on petitioner's representation, impugned order shall not given effect against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
