Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 8.2.2018, inquiry report of the Trial Court dated 16.2.2018 has been received. I have perused the inquiry report wherein it is stated that on the date of incident both the Applicants were above 18 years of age. 2.

At this stage, Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants submits that he wants to withdraw this revision with liberty to file an appropriate application for grant of bail to the Applicants. 3.

In view of the above submission, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
