1. Pursuant to order dated 31.10.2017 warrant of arrest was issued against the appellant.

2. The report dated 02.11.2017 is received from the S.P. Raigarh and it is informed that the sole appellant has died on 10.01.2004. A copy of the death certificate is enclosed with report.

3. In view of above, the appeal is abated.
