1. The instant petition is an office reference for correction in judgment dated 25.01.2021 passed by this Court in CRA No.30/2015 (Kumar Nirmalkar vs. State of Chhattisgarh).

2. Due to a typographical error in cause title, name of the counsel for Appellant has wrongly been typed as 'Mr. Vikash Shrivastava' in place of 'Mr. Santosh Bharat'.

3. On due consideration, the error is corrected.

4. Now, in the cause title of judgment dated 25.01.2021, name of counsel for the Appellant be read as 'Mr. Santosh Bharat' in place of 'Mr. Vikash Shrivastava'.
