At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Collector, Balrampur-Ramanujganj, challenging the appointment of the respondent No.6 on the post of Aanganbadi Worker of village Choura, Block Rajpur. He would submit that for the present the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the concerned Collector to decide the appeal at the earliest. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the appeal was filed on 8-10-2013, therefore the present status of the appeal is not known to him.

In view of the above, the Collector, Balrampur-Ramanjuganj, is directed to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner, if already not decided, within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. 4.
