1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though compensation has been determined but it has not been paid to the petitioner on objection being taken by respondent No.7

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894

before the Collector, Surguja, for redressal of his grievances, who shall consider and decide the said application within 45 days from the date of its receipt strictly in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
