Looking to the nature of petitioner's grievance that Annexure P/1 interim select list does not include the name of the petitioner, it being a matter relating to service dispute of panchayat employee, the petitioner may prefer a representation against the same. In case, such representation is made within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided within next four weeks. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision, the remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the Appellate Authority under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules 1995. 2.

The petition is disposed off.
