The challenge in the present writ petition is to the alleged transfer from the office of Janpad Panchayat, Jashpur to the office of the Election Office, Jashpur.

Without entering into the merits of the case only taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been shifted from one office to another office in the same District headquarter, no strong case for interference invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Court has been made out.

The writ petition therefore stands rejected.
