1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's expulsion under Section 19-C(c) of Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, has already come to an end after a
period of one year by virtue of provisions contained in Section 19(C)(3) of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act which provides that no person who has been expelled shall be eligible for re-admission as a member of the co-operative for a period of one year from the date of such expulsion and he has already been elected member of primary society on 03.07.2017.
2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to bring it to the notice of the competent authority that the period of expulsion has already expired and he has been elected on the post of member of primary society, by producing the copy of the relevant document for going through the same while taking a decision in this regard.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
