In these writ petitions, the petitioners have assailed the legality and validity of the advertisement for recruitment of Vehicle Driver and Peon issued by the Office of the Collector, District Gariyaband. 3.

It is informed that during pendency of the writ petition, appointments have already been made.

In view of the above, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to move afresh after impleading the selected persons for challenging the appointment made on the post.
