The applicant has filed this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as he is in custody since 28.05.2018 in connection with Crime No. 133/2018 registered at Police Station : Nandni Nagar, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376,34 IPC and Section 5(L) and 6 of the POSCO Act. 2.

This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. 3.

First bail application of the applicant was rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 06.10.2018. After rejection of first bail application of the applicant, this Court do not find any

change in circumstance, and the same is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.
